You Better Get Ready

You Better Get Ready is the second single from Imperial Filth, the third album by Toronto’s Ian Blurton’s Future Now, released on 23 October 2026. It shows the band’s mix of hard rock riffing and a melodic, power pop sensibility, with Ian Blurton’s love of Cheap Trick, Big Star and The Raspberries running under a heavier, stoner tinged sound. Blurton is the former Change of Heart frontman who went on to Blurtonia and C’mon, and Imperial Filth follows Second Skin (2022) and Crimes of the City (2024).
