Detox

Detox is the final chapter of a musical trilogy from Oslo soulrock band Bonnie and The Jets, and a preview of new material after their 2025 self-titled second album. The song keeps the band’s signature blend of vintage 60s and 70s soul feeling and modern production, organic and rhythmic, built around a message singer Bonnie says most listeners will recognize in themselves: the need to detox from one thing or another every so often. Oslo Strings’ Lise Sorensen and percussionist Martin Windstad join the core band, adding depth and an extra musical dimension to the track.
