Hilary is the lead single from Sweat’s forthcoming album In Dreams, out 25 September 2026. Landing in the sweet spot between glittery glam rock and late 70s power pop, it is a loud yet vulnerable tribute to true female friendships, the bonds that stay when things get messy.
