Major Business

Major Business is a four-piece psych power pop band from Sweden. Four music students moved from their hometowns near Gothenburg to study music in Malmö; after a decade of shared projects and a couple of earlier EPs, they finally landed on the right groove and formed Major Business in 2023. Their debut full-length album Oddities and Odysseys arrived 16 May 2025, an explosive, tight, and joyful set described by HBM Promotions as a unique mix of Australian psychedelia, 00s garage rock and a heavy dose of Beatle magic. The band themselves call it Adventurous Action Boogie, though their killer vocal harmonies push the result toward psych power pop. The lineup is Martin Lund (vocals, guitar), Jesper Rafalski (guitar), Sanna Nyman (bass) and Robert Mattsson (drums). New music is in the works for late 2026, with a first UK trip planned for 2027.
