Saturna

Saturna is a stoner rock band from Barcelona, Spain, formed in November 2010 as a project to develop ideas by bassist Rod. The current lineup brings together musicians with more than ten years of experience across different bands, live shows and recording sessions. Their debut album, The Kingdom of Spirit (2012), gathered songs from their early years, shaped by the many influences of the members and by the classic rock sound with psychedelic and stoner touches that defines the band. The project is led by James Vieco on guitar and vocals, whose tone is very close to Chris Cornell, and their sound clearly evokes Sabbath and Soundgarden. Self Told Lies (June 2026) is their first new track since the album The Reset (2023) and a preview of their upcoming record, Light And Shadow, due 17 September 2026.
