Waves of Defeat

Waves of Defeat is an independent modern rock, post-hardcore and metalcore band from Minnesota, fronted by Eric Jensen. Over the past year the band has built a presence on international independent radio through independent stations, DJs and shows across several countries, done entirely without label support and one connection at a time. You're Not the Only One, released on 14 August 2026, is about anxiety, depression and the things people keep hidden, with a simple idea at its core: saying out loud what you are going through can be what keeps you moving.
