Zita

Zita is a New Orleans rock and roll quartet formed in 2019, fusing soul, funk and blues. Their signature is a lead singer who plays the trombone, Michael Mullins, alongside Bradford Lewis II (lead guitar), Sean Weber (bass) and Kai Melancon (drums). After their debut album Hardly Alive (2021), their second album Axiom expands their classic sound into soul, funk, blues, psychedelia, punk and experimentation, with guest contributions from Nigel Hall (Lettuce), Mike Lemmler, Steve Lands (The Black Keys / PJ Morton) and Mark Mullins (Harry Connick Jr.).
