Butterfly

Butterfly is the standout track from the self titled debut album by Derby blues rock band Beggars Bliss, released on 23 May 2026. Chosen by the band and their champions as the record’s lead, it distills everything the quartet does well: a strong hook, warm three part harmonies, and a blues rock groove built to be sung back from the crowd.

The album launch show, held on one of the hottest UK nights in recent memory, became part of the song’s story. Friends and family packed the room, the band played through the heat, and Butterfly emerged as the track everyone pointed to afterward as the one that should carry the album.

By their debut, Beggars Bliss had five singles and two music videos behind them, plus a live reputation earned across the Midlands and at festivals like Off The Tracks. Butterfly is the band planting a flag: a debut album statement from a group that started in 2024 with nothing but a rule about having fun.
