Train Song

Train Song is the single Derby blues rock band Beggars Bliss used to open their worldwide radio push in the autumn of 2025. It rides an upbeat, rolling groove and the band’s signature three part harmonies, landing squarely in the southern blues rock lane of These Wicked Rivers and Robert Jon and The Wreck while keeping the loose, joyful swing that defines the quartet on stage.

Released on 26 September 2025, Train Song arrived after a year of relentless gigging across the Midlands, including a standout set at the Off The Tracks festival and a push into new cities like Manchester. It was an early marker of the momentum that would carry the band toward their self titled debut album in May 2026.

Beggars Bliss formed in Derby in 2024 around a single rule: if it is not fun, it is not worth doing. The lineup pairs Henry John on lead vocals with keyboardist Milly Ayesha and bassist Dan, formerly of Rubberneck, filled out by guitar and drums. Train Song is the sound of that band finding its feet and deciding the world should hear it.
